**About the roles**:
An opportunity exists for a bookkeeper to join a dynamic and highly successful consulting company in Sydney's CBD. Reporting into the Head of Finance, you will be managing customer accounts, reconciling accounts and completing full function Accounts officer duties. It would be preferable if there was an intermediate level of excel experience. This will be an ASAP start.

**The responsibilities**:

- Manage medium to large sized account reconciliations.
- Resolving account inquiries as quickly as possible.
- Make payment allocations and collections of overdue accounts.
- Work cooperatively in a team environment.
- End to end accounts payable.
- Assisting in credit projects when required.
- Assisting with month end reporting & budgeting
- High volume reconciling
- Help with Xero implementation project

**The successful applicant**:

- Have 3 years experience in similar position.
- Impeccable verbal and written communication skills.
- **Have experience in MYOB or Xero an advantage**:

- Have excellent customer service skills.
- Have experience with claims & accruals
- Good organisational skills.
- Be professional and ethical.
