What You'll Do
Working closely with our internal Accountant/Financial Controller, you'll handle the vital legwork that ensures our financial reporting is accurate and on time.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing day-to-day data entry and bookkeeping across multiple group entities.
- Processing accounts payable and receivable, payroll, invoices, and reconciliations.
- Keeping financial records organised, accurate, and up to date.
- Preparing information for BAS, PAYG, Superannuation, and compliance
- Supporting the Financial Controller in cash flow tracking, budgets, and trend monitoring to help inform leadership decisions.
- Assisting with month-end and year-end processes.
- Helping refine and improve financial systems and processes for growth.
What We're Looking For
- Qualifications: Cert IV/Diploma in Bookkeeping or Accounting (or higher).
- Experience: 3+ years of bookkeeping experience (multi-entity exposure highly valued).
- Proficiency in MYOB (preferred), Xero.
- Strong Excel skills.
- A meticulous eye for detail and an organised, reliable approach.
- A team player who enjoys working with accountants and leadership.
