**Your new role**
- As a Data Product Owner, you will be solving problems at scale and support development and adoption of data products across business teams.
- You will be building a team from the ground up, establishing operating practices and driving cultural change.
- You will be comfortable operating at the strategic level and diving deep into details as needed to ensure high quality execution.
- You will take ownership and be able to influence technology and business stakeholders to ensure each data product delivers intended business value.
- You will need to be able to collaborate with a diverse set of geographically diverse teams to achieve success in this role.
- You will chart the course for the data product competency and in parallel enhance existing data products and identify new data product opportunities.
- You must be able to drive multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand business drivers and considerations.
- End-to-end product delivery responsibility
- Design, prototype, develop and test new product features and initiatives
- Define product roadmaps
- Track and report on success metrics
- Work with relevant members of scrum teams to ensure delivery
- Provide thought leadership in the Product Ownership domain.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- 3+ years - Significant experience as a Product Owner
- Blend of business and technical savvy; able to articulate a big-picture vision, and the drive to make that vision a reality
- Delivery focussed with a strong analytical and reporting skills
- Experience working in a fast
- paced role, in an agile environment and across a range of technologies
- Data nerd - understand all the current trends and changes in the technology sphere, with an understanding of everything from traditional RDBMS through to Cloud Data Platform capabilities
- Experience in machine learning and business intelligence would be advantageous
- Experience in delivering finance, credit, regulatory projects, or FinTech’s would be advantageous
