**Product Owner - Enterprise Data**

**Perm: $160k - $170k + super + bonus**

**Attribute is pleased to partner with this household brand in insurance as they seek a Product Owner to work with enterprise data. We are looking for a Product Owner with solid Data or Data Systems experience, to work in an agile, enterprise environment.**

**The Position**:
This role will be responsible for owning and executing the vision of Enterprise Data initiatives as this organisation looks to increase the value of its new cloud-based Data and Analytics platform and reduce dependency on legacy data systems. Initially, this role will be focused on delivering data products to support the organisation’s Finance data needs as part of a key strategic initiative.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Core Product Owner experience including but not limited to:

- Accountable for developing, aligning and driving the vision for your data product.
- Responsible for managing the Team Backlog.
- Syncing up with other POD’s to ensure dependencies/ priorities are coordinated at the Platform level.
- Owning and participating in POD Scrum ceremonies such as backlog grooming, stand-ups and sprint planning in cooperation with the Development Manager.

**Your Key Skills & Experience**:

- At least three (3-5) years’ experience as a Product Owner or comparable role, working with Agile Delivery Teams, utilising Agile / Scrum / Kanban delivering innovative products and continuous improvements to customers.
- Solid experience working with Data or Data Systems. This could include integration, Database/Data-Warehousing or BI with a customer outcome focus.
- Life insurance, and/or Investment/Superannuation Platforms experience preferred
