Data Product Manager
Opportunity to join a multinational company on a permanent basis, that specialises in digital automation and energy management.

Your new company
Our client is a multinational company that specialises in digital automation and energy management. It addresses homes, buildings, data centers, infrastructure and industries, by combining energy technologies, real-time automation, software, and services.

Your new role You will:

- Lead a team technically (both onshore & offshore)
- Work with the business to understand the use case and the value levers associated with it
- Create and manage the product vision associated with use cases
- Create and manage the product backlog together with POs and BAs
- Coordinate with stakeholders and communicate the vision
- Communicate value delivered and ensure ownership of activation is picked up
- Advance data maturity in key areas that support delivery, balancing speed of delivery with scalability, sustainability, and trust

What you'll need to succeed
- Experience in delivering digital products working with agile methodologies
- Knowledge and experience working with end-to-end data processes
- Excellent communication skills relating digital/data solutions with business leaders
- Experience delivering digital transformation
- Experience working in a large organization including collaborative delivery (cross-functional squads)
- Experience managing or supervising data acquisition
- Effective communication of how delivery work links to strategy and value
- A track record of developing people in delivery teams
