**Job Description**:
We are currently seeking a part time Maintenance Officer to join the team at Oaks Brisbane Festival Suites. This integral position is responsible for carrying out repairs and general maintenance within the Hotel. This position will be required to 3 days per week.

**About the role**:

- Undertake general repairs and maintenance as required;
- Provide induction and supervision of external contractors;
- Implement the preventative maintenance program for each property; and
- Maintain daily work records and service schedules

**Qualifications**:
**Successful applicants will have**:

- Previous hands-on building maintenance experience;
- A passion for delivering exceptional service;
- Strong time management skills;
- An excellent work-ethic and proven ability to work unsupervised;
- Excellent interpersonal and communications.
- Availability to work weekends and public holidays if required
