**The Opportunity**

We are currently seeking an experienced and hands-on Maintenance Officer to join our Repairs and Maintenance Team. Based preferably in Brisbane, this full-time role reports to our Project Manager and plays a key part in maintaining our venues across South East Queensland including sites from Logan to the Sunshine Coast.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Perform general building maintenance including plumbing, plastering, tiling, painting and carpentry
- Respond to and manage maintenance requests using our internal reporting system
- Prioritise and coordinate multiple tasks across various locations
- Maintain a clean and professional work environment and appearance
- Build positive working relationships with venue teams

This is a Brisbane-based role servicing sites from Logan to the Sunshine Coast. You will be provided with a fully equipped company vehicle and fuel card to support your travel between venues.

**About You**
- Minimum of two years experience in a maintenance or repairs role
- Competent with a range of hand and power tools (tools supplied)
- Physically fit and comfortable with lifting, outdoor work and regular travel
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic computer skills
- Current Blue Card or willingness to obtain one before commencement
