**About the role**

St. Joseph Catholic School are seeking an experienced Maintenance Officer to join the team on a Full Time basis or part time - Mon-Fri - as Maintenance Officer at St. Joseph Catholic School.
- Ensuring the safety and upkeep of the facility by providing onsite maintenance
- Grounds upkeep, committed to keeping the facility safe, comfortable and homely for our residents, their visitors and our team
- General and equipment maintenance, painting and handy-person duties
- Coordination of the maintenance program, timely reporting and administration

**About you**

Youll bring to the role your ability to operate autonomously while effectively managing and prioritising your work.

You will also have:

- Exceptional Maintenance/handy-person skills
- Proven painting experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Proven ability to work autonomously and manage your time effectively
- Work Health and Safety knowledge and a commitment to keeping yourself and others safe
- Understanding of and experience in managing contractors on site
- Compassion for our residents and respect for their environment

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: $4,450.00 - $7,295.00 per month
