Nursing Scheduler

Part-Time opportunity based in Loganholme - 22.5 hours per week spread across 3-4 days - We are looking for a scheduling champion - with an interest in Healthcare **The Position** Due to continuous growth, we are seeking a Nursing Scheduler to join our team. Based at our office in Loganholme, this part-time opportunity forms an important part of our team. Reporting to the Community Support Team Leader, you will work in our Nursing Community Support Team and be responsible for: - Schedule and coordinate in-home nursing appointments for aged care and NDIS clients. - Process, onboard, and intake new clients. - Match staff qualifications and skills to meet client needs. - Monitor nurses’ schedules daily and respond to requests for schedule updates, cancellations, and manage unplanned leave. - Address potential delays and implement schedule changes as needed. - Liaise with clients, carers, and both internal and external stakeholders on a daily basis. - Update and enter data and information into our scheduling program, AlayaCare. **Do you have what it takes?** We are looking for someone with a high degree of initiative, that takes ownership of their work and demonstrates a "can do" attitude. You will have an enthusiastic and proactive attitude, be outcome focused and dedicated to delivering an exceptional service to our clients.
