Through our dedicated and caring team, we offer dignified farewells for much loved family pets. Due to ongoing growth, we are now seeking empathetic and customer-focused Client Care Coordinators to join our expanding team. **About the role** Based at your choice of either our Ipswich or Loganholme offices, you would be part of a team that has built a reputation as the leader in our field, based on values of respect, honesty and professionalism. You will be provided with four weeks of training based in our Loganholme office. The following positions are on offer: - Three full-time positions - variety of shifts from Monday to Friday between 7 am - 7 pm - one weekend shift in a four week period - One casual position - 14-21 hours per week with potential for more - variety of shifts from Monday to Friday between 7 am - 7 pm - some weekend work and opportunity to cover leave absences. **Your responsibilities** - Coordinate and schedule pet aftercare bookings with both the public and vet clinics - Assist clients who bring pets to our premises - Prepare our viewing facilities for client visits - Work closely with our Preparation, Crematorium and Area Manager teams to ensure we deliver on our promises, every time, every day - Carry out accurate data entry and payment processing tasks - Undertake general office administration duties as needed **To be successful in this role you will** - Have a high standard of personal presentation - Have excellent communication skills and be able to support our clients over the phone with an empathetic, caring and professional phone manner - Have exceptional attention to detail and a high standard of writing skills - Be a supportive and positive team member with a "can do" attitude - Be reliable, organised and flexible to meet the changing needs of the business - Have intermediate computer skills (Microsoft Office experience is essential) - Have the desire and ability to learn new skills and absorb knowledge quickly - Be physically fit as this role will require handling pets from time to time - Be fully COVID vaccinated **We can offer you**: - Above Award rates - Our strong people-first culture - On-site parking - InvoCare Employee Share Program - Employee Assistance Program - Free annual flu vaccination - Birthday leave - Lifestyle Rewards program discounts We pride ourselves on being caring, down to earth and professional.
