**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide direct support to clients, assisting with activities of daily living.
- Collaborate with clients and their families to create and implement personalized support plans.
- Foster a supportive and inclusive environment, promoting independence and social engagement.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and progress.
- Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated and effective care delivery.

**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- Previous experience in disability support or related fields is preferred.
- NDIS Worker Check ESSENTIAL
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Empathetic and patient approach to caregiving.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently when required.
- Cultural Competence: An understanding and appreciation of cultural diversity, with the ability to provide inclusive and culturally competent care, is essential.
