Are you a night owl who thrives during the quiet hours? We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Permanent Part-Time Overnight Administrators
I-TeleRAD, I-MED's teleradiology reporting service has been established exclusively for the purpose of providing teleradiology reporting services to both private and public medical facilities across Australia. It is one of the largest and most sophisticated teleradiology reporting services operating in Australia.
**Position**: Permanent Part-Time Overnight Administrator
**Shifts Available**:
- 4:00 PM-12:00 AM
- 12:00 AM - 8:00 AM
- Schedule: Work 7 days on, followed by 7 days off.
**Location**: Enjoy free parking at our conveniently located office in Mt Waverley
**What You will Do**:
- Nighttime Efficiency: Handle paperwork, data entry, and document management efficiently. As an Overnight Administrator your meticulous attention to detail will ensure that paperwork is processed accurately, data is entered seamlessly, and documents are organised efficiently.
- Collaborate: Work closely with other night staff for seamless operations. Teamwork makes the dream work Coordinate with fellow teammates and health professionals
**What we are looking for**:
- Experience Matters: Previous administrative experience preferred. Display your skills in managing paperwork, handling inquiries, and maintaining order.
