Medical Administration Officer

I-TeleRAD, I-MED's teleradiology reporting service has been established exclusively for the purpose of providing teleradiology reporting services to both private and public medical facilities across Australia. It is one of the largest and most sophisticated teleradiology reporting services operating in Australia.
Based in our Mount Waverley office, you will be responsible for providing high quality, professional and efficient administration support for the I-TeleRAD services. You are someone who thrives in busy environments and can manage deadlines and adapt with changing priorities.
As a Medical Administration Officer your duties will involve supporting our teleradiology team, prioritising workloads for radiologists and liaising with external stakeholders ensuring their needs are met in a timely manner. We currently have casual & part-time opportunities available for the afternoon shift.
**Your duties will include**:
- Assisting the Radiologist with administrative tasks
- Taking telephone calls from hospital departments
- Data entry of patient records
- Liaising with health professionals
- What we're looking for:
- Previous medical administration experience (highly desirable), radiology experience (ideal)
- Ability to thrive in a fast paced and dynamic environment
- Strong attention to detail and delivery of accurate results
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities, excellent troubleshooting and analysis skills
