**Key Responsibilities**:
**List Management**: Ensure all patient and staff lists are up-to-date and accurate, supporting seamless operations.

**Nightly Stats**: Compile and report nightly statistics to support operational decision-making and improvements.

Awareness of rostering requirements, and the ability to promptly inform if any gaps need to be filled

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in a medical administrative role.
- Strong organisational and leadership skills.
- Proficient IT skills and keen attention to detail are essential
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach.
