I-TeleRAD, I-MED's teleradiology reporting service has been established exclusively for the purpose of providing teleradiology reporting services to both private and public medical facilities across Australia It is one of the largest and most sophisticated teleradiology reporting services operating in Australia.
Based in our Mount Waverley office, you will be responsible for providing high quality, professional and efficient administration support for the I-TeleRAD services. You are someone who thrives in busy environments and can manage deadlines and adapt with changing priorities.
As a Overnight Supervisor your duties will involve managing a team of Medical Administration Assistant's and liaising with internal and external stakeholders ensuring their needs are met in a timely manner. This is a full-time permanent position working night shift from 11pm to 7am.
**Your duties will include**:

Managing a team of Medical Administration Assistants
*
Assisting the Radiologist with administrative tasks
*
Taking telephone calls from hospital departments
*
Data entry of patient records
*
Liaising with health professionals
**What we're looking for**:
*
Previous medical administration experience (highly desirable), radiology experience (ideal)
*
Ability to thrive in a fast paced and dynamic environment
*
Strong attention to detail and delivery of accurate results
*
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
*
Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities, excellent troubleshooting and analysis skills
*
Strong Leadership skills
