**The role**:
As an Analytics & Reporting Analyst, you will partner with the Commercial Finance team to deliver commercial insights and reporting/analytics solutions to support informed management decision making with regards to customer & commercial outcomes.

**Your impact**:
Through data, analytics and reporting you will deliver commercial & customer insights and recommendations to the business. You will work closely with Finance Business Partners, business stakeholders and the broader Financial Services team to understand/document actionable insights and reporting requirements.

Key responsibilities will include:
Design, build and maintain insightful data visualisation and self-service interactive analytics dashboards and reports.

Develop and maintain strong partnerships with relevant stakeholders and support business teams through collaborative engagement.

Providing in-depth data analyses and ad hoc reporting to support a wide array of business initiatives; explain performance variances and key performance drivers to improve business outcomes.

Automation and optimisation of reporting and analytics processes

Actively driving reporting rationalisation and process improvements within the Reporting & Analytics team, and across the broader reporting suite within Financial Services division.

About you
You’re an analyst with at least a couple of years’ experience in a similar role. You love data & analytics. You’re looking for a position where you can influence business decisions and see the impact of your insights on business performance and customer outcomes. You’re looking for a role in a collaborative team where you can learn, grow and develop your skills.

You have experience in:
Analysing complex data, undertake deep-dive analysis and delivering innovative business-focused analytics solutions.

Working with large and complex data sets and extracting, merging and preparing data from different data sources using SQL/SAS to provide commercial insights.

Creating insightful self-service analytics dashboards in Tableau or similar BI/Analytics tool; databases such as AWS Redshift, Teradata or SQL Server; strong SQL/SAS programming; proficiency in MS Excel
