Are you a highly analytical and solution-driven individual with a passion for optimising performance measurement frameworks and driving actionable insights from data? We are seeking a Reporting Optimisation Analyst to join our dynamic team and play a critical role in shaping the success of our supply chain and overall business strategies.

**The responsibilities for this role include:
- Drive performance and optimisation strategy in Supply Chain Performance Measurement frameworks.
- Create scalable solutions from diverse source systems to generate actionable reports.
- Share insights to streamline procedures and systems for enhanced consistency.
- Build and maintain strong cross-functional relationships to drive reporting best practices.
- Utilise problem-solving and negotiation skills to manage projects successfully.
- Stay updated with technical skills to meet business requirements and foster continuous improvement.
- Deliver analytical products, including reports and visualisations, for evidence-based decision making.
- Collaborate with a data science-focused team to leverage data and analytics for strategic purposes.
- Manage data pipelines and develop solutions to enhance data utilisation across the organisation.
- Enhance visual dashboard reporting for key stakeholders and encourage self-serve reporting.
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to develop effective reporting solutions and convey insights.
- Conduct data validation and exception reporting to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
- Contribute to the successful delivery of fast-paced, high-risk projects using agile methodologies.

- Previous experience in Supply Chain, Business Analysis, or Statistics within an FMCG environment.
- Superior stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- Experience with SAP, Power BI, Looker, or MicroStrategy is desirable.
- Familiarity with programming languages such as R and Python is an advantage.
- Demonstrated knowledge of inventory management, quantification, ordering, allocation, and replenishment processes.
- Strong numeracy skills and a tertiary qualification in Business, Commerce, or a related discipline.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Power Query.
- Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to prioritize and address key business factors with a focus on business impact.
- Applied background in data, analytics, business intelligence, or research methods is beneficial.

**Education/Qualifications:
- Tertiary qualification in Business, Commerce or related discipline that involves the development of strong numeracy skills (financial management, economics, accounting, maths, statistics - highly regarded)
