**The Opportunity**
Medibank’s Health Services, Amplar Health, brings together our Telehealth and Homecare programs and services, to deliver greater value and quality health and wellbeing outcomes for our customers, members and patients
The Telehealth Reporting & Analytics team plays a critical role in providing timely insights, reporting and analytics capabilities to support Medibank's 2030 vision and Amplar Health strategy.
The team works from problem/opportunity identification to reporting, data analysis & insights delivery to enable informed management decision-making and to improve customer health/operations/commercial outcomes across Amplar Health, with this role specifically supporting the Telehealth business.
This is permanent full time role with the flex to work both in one of our offices and from home.
**Your impact**
- Design, build/enhance, and maintain insightful data visualisation and self-service interactive analytics dashboards and reports.
- Provide in-depth data analyses and ad hoc reporting to support Amplar Health strategy and a wide array of Telehealth initiatives; explain performance variances and key performance drivers to improve business operations and customer health outcomes.
- Develop and maintain strong partnerships with relevant stakeholders across Telehealth, Amplar Health and Medibank teams.
- Proactively drive analytics & reporting process automation and optimisation.
**About You**
You love data, analytics & reporting, and be excited by the ability to influence business decisions to improve customer health outcomes, Telehealth operations and business performance.
You have proven analyst/consultant level experience in analytics, reporting or business intelligence space with a strong attention to detail. Additionally, you also have:
- Strong knowledge in SQL, proficiency in Excel, and experience in SAS would be highly regarded;
- Excellent capabilities to work with large/complex data sets and be able to extract, merging and preparing data from different data sources or data warehousing systems to provide actionable insights or automate reporting process.
- Proven experience in creating insightful self-service analytics dashboards and data visualisation in Tableau or similar BI/Analytics tools, including gathering business requirements;
- Experience working with enterprise database platforms such as AWS Redshift or SQL Server.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross functional technical teams to improve data quality/capability and provide new data requirements for analytics and reporting purposes.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate insights to non-technical business stakeholders and manage competing priorities across internal teams.
- Familiarity with call centre operations or workforce planning would be desirable but not essential
