**About the role**

As the inaugural Analytics Manager, you'll shape our data strategy and prioritise future needs, facilitating cross-functional alignment. Your visionary leadership will nurture a high-performing team, leveraging cutting-edge technologies to enhance efficiency.

You'll oversee end-to-end analytics solutions, ensuring their value and reliability, while guiding stakeholders with data-driven insights. **The responsibilities for this role include:
- Define current and future data and analytics needs to drive informed decision making.
- Prioritise and sequence analytics and enablement initiatives for maximum impact.
- Drive cross-functional alignment on core priorities and resource needs.
- Measure success through leadership team feedback, stakeholder acceptance, and operational team feedback.
- Lead, develop, and retain a high-performing team of analysts.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate the performance of team members.
- Foster a collaborative and motivated work environment.
- Plan, coordinate, and review team deliverables, timeline, and utilization for optimized efficiency.
- Assess vendors and new tools/technologies to enhance team capabilities and efficiency.
- Oversee the design, delivery, and maintenance of end-to-end data and analytics solutions.
- Drive alignment in data analytics requirements and cross-functional enablers.
- Ensure accuracy and scalability through appropriate reviews and automation.
- Act as a trusted advisor to business and leadership stakeholders, anticipating needs and presenting data-driven insights for impactful decision-making.
- Manage expectations on priorities, deliverables, progress, and timelines while measuring success through business feedback on service quality, usage, and impact of analytics solutions.

- Proven 5 + years of experience in managing and delivering analytics roadmap and solutions.
- Minimum 2+ years of experience with cloud-based platforms, preferably Google stack (GCP, GA360, BigQuery, Looker, LookerML).
- Proficient in SQL and Python/R.
- Previous people management and team leadership experience.
- Strong analytical skills in various areas (visualization, digital analytics, growth drivers, attribution, segmentation).
- Commercial acumen with a track record of translating data into actionable insights and integrating analytics into business processes.
- Solid experience in building, inspiring, and motivating high-performing teams.
- Self-motivated and able to work proactively and autonomously.
- Effective communicator with cross-functional collaboration and influence.

**Education/Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer / Data Science.
