We are deeply committed to maintaining the highest standards of clinical quality, compliance, and continuous improvement, ensuring every client receives safe, consistent, and dignified care.

About the Role

Reporting to the Chief Service Officer, the Quality and Accreditation Partner plays a key role in supporting our clinical and operational teams across multiple regions. The position focuses on strengthening Harwell Home Care's quality systems, governance processes, and compliance with national care standards and regulatory frameworks, including those set by the Department of Veterans' Affairs (DVA), Aged Care Quality and Safety Commission, Australian Council on Healthcare Standards (ACHS), and Home Care Packages (HCP) / Support at Home programs.

While this role is remote-based, preference is given to candidates located in Brisbane for closer collaboration with key leaders. However, we welcome applicants from other locations who are the right fit for the role.

  • Develop, implement, and review clinical and operational policies and procedures.
  • Conduct regular internal audits and compliance reviews to drive continuous improvement.
  • Research, design, and implement effective quality management and governance systems.
  • Oversee timely follow-up and implementation of audit and inspection recommendations.
  • Ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and relevant legislation.
  • Build collaborative relationships with Clinical Leaders, the Executive Team, and key stakeholders across the business.

About You

  • Proven experience in a quality, compliance, or auditing role within aged care, community health, or home care services.
  • Strong knowledge of DVA-funded services, ACHS accreditation, and Aged Care Quality and Safety Standards.
  • Familiarity with Home Care Packages (HCP) and the upcoming Support at Home program is highly regarded.
  • Clinical background or solid understanding of clinical governance frameworks (preferred).
