We have a number of opportunities to join our customer service team at our Joondalup WA contact centre close to cafes, shopping and public transport.

We have an amazing team delivering incredible service, and supporting the people of WA on behalf of a major utilities provider.

**Key details**:
Available to work 38 hours per week Monday - Friday rotational shifts between 7:00 am to 7:00 pm
Hybrid work from home, the initial training and support period will be completed at the centre.

**To be successful in this role, you will need to**:
build a relationship with customers over the phone
adhere to comprehensive compliance standards
deliver amazing customer experiences every time
effectively handle and resolve complex enquiries
demonstrate resilience and flexibility in all customer interactions
be comfortable to work in a flexible seating environment
competently use technology and multitask between different systems while actively listening
you will be required to complete a National Police Clearance
full work rights to work within Australia
