Joondalup, Australia Air Liquide Full time $45,000 - $65,000 per year

Air Liquide Healthcare Australia are a leading and dedicated supplier of medical gases, homecare and sleep services. We specialise in respiratory diseases and have a strong reputation in sleep diagnostics and CPAP therapy.

This fixed-term role is responsible for providing excellent support to our customers by answering their questions, resolving issues in a timely manner, and ensuring they have a positive experience.

Work closely with other departments within the organisation to ensure seamless communication and efficient resolution of customer queries regarding product information, order status, billing and payment issues.

  • Provide timely, accurate, courteous responses to incoming calls and emails

  • Liaise with ALH states staff to resolve customer enquiries

  • Identify opportunities for improvement within the department and work collaboratively with other departments to implement solutions

  • Maintain thorough and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

  • Process and follow up after call requests via email, telephone and direct in a timely accurate and efficient manner

Are you a MATCH?

  • Passionate about providing exceptional Customer Service and building relationships over the phone

  • Previous experience in a contact centre desirable but not essential as training will be provided

  • Excellent phone manner

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy

  • Administrative and Sales experience (desirable)

  • Computer literate with the entire google suite 

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • A 'can-do' attitude aligned to the continuous improvement of our customer experience strategy
