**About the role**:
As a Customer Solutions Specialist, you will be responsible for handling inbound calls regarding enquiries for the upcoming 2025 WA State Elections. Think of it as making a 5-minute friend every 5 minutes. You will know your way around a computer and have a passion for customer service.

You are a peacemaker. A relationship builder. An active listener. A quick thinker. You thrive on solving tricky things. You think inside and outside the box. You'll be receptive to different personalities and use varied approaches in your interactions with people.

**Key Details**:

- Convenient location close to public transport in Davidson Terrace Joondalup, WA
- Roles commencing late January 2025
- Casual role 0 -38 hours per week - 8:00 am - 6:00 pm Monday to Saturday - Rotational roster
- 2 days of Paid Training
- Potential to move into a full-time permanent role within Probe on another campaign
- Australian Based Role

**Skills & Experience**:

- Have the ability to ask the right questions, find the right solutions, and place the customer at the centre of everything you do
- Willing to bring your passion for service excellence whilst being comfortable working independently
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and political neutrality in a sensitive environment
- Demonstrate competent computer skills, including system navigation
- Are a clear communicator with high attention to detail
- Complete a National Police Clearance, Political Neutrality Document and provide professional references
- Working Holiday Visas welcome
