Technical Sales Representative – Working Alongside WEG's Global Customer

What You'll Be Doing

  • Customer Partnership: Work closely with one of WEG's global customers to provide technical guidance, support, and solutions for electric motor systems.
  • Technical Analysis: Conduct root cause investigations and interchangeability studies for motor replacements.
  • Sales & Support: Prepare quotations and tenders, respond to enquiries, and support the external sales team.
  • Product Expertise: Deliver training, summarise specifications, and perform advanced calculations for motor applications.
  • Collaboration: Liaise with WEG factories and internal teams to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
  • System Management: Use WEG's internal software tools for motor sizing and offer preparation (training provided).

Who You Are

  • Experience in customer support, costing, proposals, and tendering.
  • Strong background in electric motor application, selection, and fault finding.
  • Excellent communication skills and a professional phone manner.
  • Organised, proactive, and committed to customer service.
  • Able to follow processes and resolve issues effectively.
  • A collaborative team player with a can-do attitude.
  • Bonus: Engineering degree (electrical/mechanical)
