Are you an experienced Real Estate Administrator looking to step into a fast-paced, high-performing team? Our Paradise Point office is growing, and we're searching for a confident, organised Sales Administrator to support our agents as they chase market share, record prices, and career-best results.

The Opportunity

This is a hands-on support role working closely with our Paradise Point sales team. Your day will be varied, fast-paced and full of impact. You'll be the behind-the-scenes backbone that keeps everything running smoothly.

What You'll Be Doing

  • End-to-end sales administration support
  • Preparing marketing campaigns, contracts & listing documentation
  • Managing listing compliance and file accuracy
  • Updating CRM and managing key sales processes
  • Providing exceptional internal and external customer service
  • Supporting agents with the tools they need to perform at their best

Who We're Looking For

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in real estate administration or similar
  • Based on the northern end of the Gold Coast (or willing to work in Paradise Point)
  • Someone who thrives in a high-energy, high-performing environment
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organisation
  • A proactive problem-solver who takes action
  • Strong communication skills and a genuine team-first mindset
  • Comfortable managing multiple deadlines with ease
  • Certificate of Registration (or willing to obtain)
