**Part-time Administration Officer**

Our client is a Civil Construction company seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Administration Officer, working out of their officer, based in Rivervale.

The Company provides project management and engineering experience and expertise to the Technology, Resource, Oil and Gas, Power and Energy, Government, Civil Construction and Marine industries.

**Key accountabilities**:

- High level of administrative support to the business
- General office and administration duties
- Ensure all portals are kept up to date with relevant information
- Front of office duties as required
- Answering of incoming calls
- Meeting and greeting of visitors
- Arranging of catering for meetings
- Ensuring meeting rooms are cleared and clean at all times
- Postage collection and distribution
- Strong ability to operate and navigate Microsoft platforms such as excel, word and outlook

**Qualifications, Skills and Experience**:

- Vocational qualifications in administration (desirable)
- Excellent planning, organisational and time management skills
- High level of attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to show initiative, solve problems and be an effective team player
- Demonstrated ability to exercise confidentiality, punctuality and reliability
- Minimum (2) years of administrative experience in a similar role
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment with the ability to manage competing priorities with a calm and professional approach
- Please note that you must have valid work rights in Australia to be eligible for this roles._
