About the role

The Accounts Payable Data Entry Officers work in a team to complete a wide variety of data entry tasks.

The role involves liaising with multiple different internal teams. Checking authorisations, and processing invoices for payment, and running and reviewing reports to ensure that standards are met and managing exceptions within the appropriate teams.

The function of this role is to provide our store, and support teams with specialist admin knowledge, and assistance. Providing high level support and advising Help desk / Team Assist when required.

What's involved:
- Reviewing and actioning team member expenses for payment on the same day.- Reviewing Pricing claim rejections checking that our pricing files are updated as per Buyers agreement- Processing invoices GRNA and Non GRNA- Checking and raising claims as required for the AP Officer investigations- Processing and loading batches for Property, Marketing, Store Development, and other Support areas. Returning batches as appropriate. Reporting on non-compliance and working with these teams to improve- Processing Consolidated Café invoice son behalf of stores. Liasing with stores to audit the process as required

Who we’re looking for:
You will have a broad understanding of accounting practices and concepts in order to build strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

You’ll need:
- Prior administration experience in Bunnings or a fast-paced retail environment- Good communication skills, both verbal and written- Computer skills (Oracle, MS Word, Excel, More4Apps)- Ability to review reports and identify and action discrepancies
