**About the Role**

This position provides procurement, contract management, and contract administration support and related services to Southern Cross Care, to achieve best possible value for money.

This position is located in our central office in Rivervale. This is position offers a flexible working environment with a mix of working in the office and from home.

**We’ll also be asking you to:

- **
- Develop, implement, monitor and ensure compliance with procurement policies, procedures and good industry practise
- Guide and support the organisation in all procurement and purchasing activities to realise efficiencies in process and ensure policy, probity and best value for money is achieved and maintained
- Work with the business to scope and specify their requirements and identify cost savings and efficiencies that will benefit the organisation
- Proactively plan and manage procurement processes from the initial identification of a business need, through to contract execution and ongoing contract and vendor management
- Maintain and keep current the supplier database and all purchasing catalogues, pricing and product information
- Prepare and present regular analytical reports on supplier expenditure, performance, contractual compliance and pricing, ensuring the timely and cost-effective supply of goods and services
