**About the Role**

The principle role of the Community Housing Administrator is to assist the Property Manager Team Leader to handle daily business operations of all properties within the Southern Cross Housing Ltd portfolio within relevant legal requirements and to provide high quality customer service.

This is a permanent full time role located in our central office in Rivervale. This role has the opportunity to work from home one or two days a week.

**We’ll also be asking you to: -**
- Coordinate monthly reports for the Property Manager Team Leader.
- Compile monthly tenancy activity reports to the Property Manager Team Leader.
- Coordinate annual Tenant Satisfaction Survey.
- Coordinate the annual Tenant’s calendar for end of year.
- Arrange weekly, fortnightly or monthly Team Meetings and provide agendas and minute taking.
- TAC meeting responsibilities Coordinates TAC meetings including agenda and minute taking and set up morning tea.
- Process all invoices including Strata Levy Invoices
- Responds to all housing enquires
- Coordinates SCH newsletter content via Canva website
- Raise work orders on behalf of Property Managers when out on road/busy
- Run reports and send routine inspection/rent review letters to support PM’s.
- Input data for new tenant’s, submit bond forms, create accounts
- Preparation and execution of lease agreements, Bond Lodgment and data entry of all tenant information both electronically and paper.
