Diverse Group Australia has an immediate full time position available for an administrator to join our team. This position will be based in our Rivervale office, working 8am - 4pm Monday-Friday.

The Role

  • Provide administrative support to the Procurement, mobilisation, HR, HSE, teams
  • Procurement - Raising Purchase Orders, tracking freight orders to multiple sites in the Pilbara and obtaining quotes
  • Mobilisation - Supporting our FIFO workforce by assisting with mobilisation of workers to site
  • HR - Providing assistance with the end to end recruitment and onboarding/offboarding of the recruitment life cycle including – collection of project specific cards and tickets, assisting with inductions, assisting with HR stats etc.
  • HSE - Assist with document control and updating of HSE documents such as inductions, safety shares and procedures
  • General administrative tasks including the maintenance of employee files and online systems such as Myosh

Requirements for this Role

  • 1-2 years experience in an administrative role, ideally in procurement, mobilisation or HR
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Strong verbal (phone) and written (email and writing documents) communication skills
  • Strong computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office, Excel and Outlook
  • Ability to work both autonomously and as a member of the team
  • Ability to focus on tasks and swap between tasks as needed
