**What's on offer?**:
Leading our Sales Estimating function you will take responsibility for site compliance accuracy, sales team support and the delivery of accurate and efficient costings. You'll play a key role in enhancing and protecting our margins by ensuring costs and quotes are accurate and aligned.

With a people leadership, sales and customer focus you will support best practice cost management by ensuring sales estimates are compliant and satisfy all building codes, requirements and guidelines.

Key responsibilities include:

- Develop and implement the Functional Excellence Framework
- Review quality assurance processes
- Ensure team leaders achieve KPI’s in workflow delivery and timeframes
- Harness, develop and engage key stakeholders
- Manage and protect margins and site costs
- Develop and manage supplier relationships

To be successful you will be an experienced Sales Estimating Leader with the following qualities and experience:

- Able to understand your impact on others and how to get the best out of your team
- Proven Stakeholder, Process, Estimating systems and Cost Management
- Exceptional Project and Change Management capabilities
- Strategic thinking, planning and execution
- Have a can do positive attitude, be highly organised and target driven
- Relevant qualification or Building degree
