**About the role**
- Work to develop and implement Sales Strategy assigned to your client and partners to identify and sell unique digital sponsorship & advertising solutions
- Develop relationships with agencies and advertisers that ensure the business is effectively positioned in market against competition
- Deliver brand strategies aligned to digital assets
- Approach new markets to explore and attain opportunities that grow revenue on Foxtel Groups platforms
- Drive digital growth YoY whilst maintaining Linear revenue Ensure booking schedules are accurate and oversee campaign delivery and post-analysis
- Build and implement individual team members development plans and track progress

**Skills and Experiences We’re Looking For**
- Recent experience working within a Sales team in the media industry (agency, marketing, or sales - preferred)
- Ideally Digital Sales experience
- Proven history of excelling in a high-performance sales culture
- Proactively recommend strategies and opportunities to Senior Leadership that shape direction of the business
- People management (both individual and team)
- Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships both externally and internally
- Media advertising briefs generation experience
