As a Regional Sales Manager for our Internal Sales team you will oversee your team's sales activity to ensure lead indicators support sales targets and results. You will drive a high energy sales culture, generate leads and support your team in managing customers.

You will focus on optimising sales performance and processes through continuously developing a successful, engaged and high performing sales team.

Key responsibilities include:

- Ensure your team achieve sales targets and have a sales pipeline
- People leadership, coaching and training
- Analyse sales processes, identify and execute opportunities to improve
- Support and develop relationships with Land Agents
