We are looking for an outcomes-oriented, highly collaborative Commercial Account Executive with the willingness to learn to help us address this extensive market opportunity and achieve revenue targets within NSW Public Sector domain.

We are paving the way to not only change the way our customers build software, but transform the way they do business. You will sell strategic business outcomes with long-term, high growth engagements. You will be a key member of a close-knit, cross-functional team that is responsible for hunting for leads and working with the strategic Account Executive for driving the go-to-market strategy and account planning.

In this role, you will be challenged as a salesperson to grow personally and professionally: The majority of leaders in our Field organisation come through internal promotions, and you’ll be surrounded by some of the most inquisitive people in the world who will push you and support you to do the best work of your career.

**What you’ll need to be successful**:

- Experience in selling Software as a Service, ideally with integration software experience
- Experience in working within teams which work on commercially significant sales to IT and business leaders within the public sector
- Consistent attainment of sales targets
- Excitement around hunting greenfield territory
- An active listener with government intuition for business to deeply understand our customer’s challenges
- Strong focus on delivering customer success with a consultative, outcome-based sales approach
- Strong aptitude for learning and interpersonal abilities
- A highly collaborative great teammate with company-first mentality—“be a good human” is a core value, meaning we leave our egos at the door and support each other to get results and win together
