CHEP Network is looking for a new breed of Account Executive
We are looking for a brilliant Account Executive to join of our most exciting and broad accounts. This role is for someone that relishes new experiences, loves to be around creativity, and has an interest in new technologies. As an Account Executive, you will play a vital role within the Account Management team, supporting in the day-today running of the account, helping to ensure that everything runs smoothly and efficiently. This role is instrumental in helping us provide the great service we strive to provide for our clients. In this role, the Account Executive will have exposure to a wide breath of projects, from brand, campaigns, social, retail, paid media, crm and digital experiences to products and services.

**Responsibilities**:

- Supporting strategic & creative development - this involves arranging creative briefings and reviews, briefing simple projects, collating and storing creative work, managing feedback and reviewing work, developing creative timing plans, organising resourcing, internal trafficking of jobs, organising client engagement.
- Supporting production - working with the different production teams (e.g. film, technical) to get timing plans, quotes and support them with project management.
- Supporting paid media - at CHEP we have the benefit of an extensive in house media department; our Account Executive will be expected to support the trafficking/despatch process, managing asset trackers, populating media instructions, briefing media plans/changes.
- Day-to-day administration of accounts - WIPs, organising meetings, preparing agendas and stimulus, writing contact reports, maintaining shared files.
- Financial management support - collating project evidence is a key responsibility on the account for billing; this person will drive this process, gathering work and delivering the documents to the finance team each month; the Account Executive will also contribute to the management of the JCRs, finance wips and forecasting.
- Client Relationships - in this role the Account Exec must grow strong relationships with your clients by anticipating their needs and quickly responding, with the support of the team when required.
- Agency Relationships - building relationships in the agency will be key to success in the role. Cementing relationships with the account, planning, creative, traffic and production teams is critical in the day-to-day running of the account.
- Knowledge building - our Account Executive will need to develop a strong knowledge of our client's products and services; an understanding of the varied capabilities that CHEP offer and our processes. We encourage everyone to self-learn and this person should keep up to date with industry moves and shakes; and take advantage of the CHEP Ed resources.

Desired Skills and Experience
- Proven ability to juggle multiple tasks whilst maintaining good attention to detail
- 1+ years experience within a similar role, ideally within the advertising industry
- Fully integrated experience would be great (but not essential)
- Paid Digital media experience would be great (but not essential)
- Strong relationship skills for building internal and external partners to deliver world-class work
- A passion for creativity and doing great work
- Ability to learn fast, think beyond execution and to offer solutions rather than problems
- Degree in related field preferred
