We have an exciting opportunity for a Medical Receptionist to join us on a permanent part-time basis (Monday, Tuesday & Friday).
Also known as the Patient Support Officer, this support role to the Practice Manager, will be fundamental in ensuring the continual development of an outstanding local team and support the clinical services at the practice.

**What you’ll do**:

- Thrive in a dynamic administrative setting, prioritizing patient care in a fast-paced environment
- Serve as the frontline ambassador, warmly welcoming and assisting patients while ensuring precise documentation
- Navigate seamlessly through constant changes and handle multiple priorities with ease
- Skillfully manage a high volume of telephone inquiries, providing accurate and helpful information
- Take charge of billing and receipting patient accounts with meticulous attention to detail
- Expertly handle document scanning and maintain precision in daily banking reconciliation.

**Who you are**:

- Demonstrated understanding of and an ability to provide superior patient care and stakeholder customer service
- Strong leadership skills with experience in leading a team by displaying and inspiring confidence in and demonstrating behaviours in accordance with Advara HeartCare’s values
- 3+ year’s equivalent experience in the health professional industry
- Strong knowledge of relevant workflows for all cardiac testing and reporting
- Excellent time management and multi-tasking skills
- Proven experience to work effectively both independently and collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
