
Patient Care Coordinator

This is a key role needed for a dynamic and growing general dental practice in the heart of Balwyn.
You will provide a high level of front-of-house/office customer service and administration support for a high performing team, as well as managing online and offline enquiries from new and existing patients.
You will be the professional "go-to" person who is inspired and committed to deliver exceptional customer service experience, be the first point of contact with our patients co-ordinating and managing the administrative tasks efficiently and to be an integral part of the growth of the business.

- You are articulated, multitasker, can manage workload accordingly and have an exceptional eye for detail to manage simultaneous administrative tasks.
**Your duties and responsibilities may include**:
- Focus on customer centricity, whilst providing a one-of-the-kind patient experience
- Scheduling and effective management of patient appointments
- Ongoing co-ordination and management of patient appointments i.e. follow up cancellation appointments, follow up new patient appointments and new patient conversion appointments
- End of day reporting, reconciliation and preparation for banking
- Monitor practice results by preparing regular daily and monthly reports
- Co-ordinate all office facility maintenance
- Effective and confidential management of patient dental records
- Assist with the implementation and updating office policies and procedures
- Assist in developing marketing strategies/ideas to increase the profitability and growth of the practice
- Previous experience in customer service (retail), Receptionist or Practice Manager in a dental or medical field.
- You are passionate about providing an exceptional level of customer service
- A mature approach to work, with strong work values and ethics
- Professionally presented, with a confident, well-spoken and friendly phone manner
- Dynamic, enthusiastic, self-motivated and driven that thrives on a role providing challenges and diversity
- A high level of communication and interpersonal skills to be able to interact with all levels of people
- An ability to adapt to individual work styles and varying situations, with a flexible approach to work
- A very lateral thinker that thinks outside of the square & solutions focused
- Excellent organisational and time management skills to manage your time effectively, with a high level of attention to detail
- You are a team member that enjoys working in a team environment where everyone respects one another and helps each other to achieve the mutual goal.
