Location: Balwyn and Burwood Melbourne VIC

Hours: 9am – 5pm, up to 5 days/week across either site.

Options: 5 days per week (Mon–Fri) or 2–3 days/week.

Active Audiology is hiring a reliable, capable admin professional to support our Balwyn and Burwood clinic. Your work will help people reconnect with life through better hearing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet patients and manage bookings
  • Complete government claims and manage our CRM software accurately.
  • Make follow-up calls to schedule check-ups and reviews
  • Handle emails, reminders, and patient communication
  • Process Medicare and Government claims
  • Coordinate with audiologists and support clinic operations
  • Maintain patient records, billing, and aid orders
