**About the Role**:
The Customer Service Coordinator role is critical to our customer’s journey. You will support our customers through their entire construction journey with us, proactively communicating with them at milestones throughout the pre-construction phase of the build and beyond.
**Main responsibilities**:
- Support customers through their construction journey with us
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Document all interactions and complete general administration
- Liaise with external parties
- Work closely with internal teams
- Assist in ensuring key business timeframes, goals, and targets are achieved
**What you will bring**:
- Proven customer service experience
- Passion to bring customer service excellence in every interaction
- Ability to build and maintain customer relationships, whilst meeting and managing their expectations.
- Excellent communication skills - written and verbal
- An understanding of business performance measures and goals
- Demonstrated ability to solve problems and negotiate mutually beneficial outcomes
- Interest / passion for the residential building industry
- Ability to adapt with the changing landscape of consumers and take on feedback for continuous improvement
