About the Role:

- Deal with incoming customer calls, correspondence and enquiries, including account queries, and the processing of orders and payments
- Adhere to and communicate to customers and staff alike, all company statutory regulations relating to LP Gas
- Liaise with customers, dealers and suppliers' contractors as required
- Take overflow calls from other centres and liaise with other centres regarding customers
- Advise customers of installation details relating to gas usage, suitable delivery methods and site compliance requirements
- Set up new domestic or commercial accounts
- Working to meet KPIs

**About the Role**:

**About You**:

- Previous In-bound Call Centre experience in a busy environment.
- Highly developed verbal, telephone and written communication skills and the ability to liaise and consult with both internal, external clients and staff with a strong customer service focus
- Initiative, organisational skills and flexibility to operate in both a team environment and independently
- An ability to prioritise, and effectively achieve deadlines
- Experience to identify and deal effectively with difficult situations and conflict
- Strong and relevant computer and keyboard skills (including proficiency in data base entry)
- Ability to multi-task, share team responsibilities to maintain maximum monitoring level of prompt, efficient and courteous customer service
- Covid Vaccination is required for this client site
