Transtasman Fisheries Pty Ltd is a respected seafood retail and wholesale business known for delivering premium-quality, fresh seafood to our customers. Based at the iconic **Sydney Fish Market in Pyrmont**, we are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic **Retail Manager** to oversee the operations of our retail store and help drive continued growth.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage product selection, inventory levels, and ensure premium seafood quality and service standards
- Develop and implement purchasing, pricing, and marketing strategies tailored to a fast-paced retail seafood environment
- Lead daily sales activities and deliver excellent customer service, including advice on seafood preparation and cooking
- Maintain accurate records of stock, sales, and financial performance
- Prepare budgets and monitor the store's financial outcomes
- Recruit, train, and supervise team members, fostering a high-performance culture
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and workplace health and safety regulations

**What We Offer**:

- Salary**:$85,000 - $90,000 per annum** plus superannuation
- Full-time role (38 hours per week)

**Requirements**:

- AQF Associate Degree, Advanced Diploma, or Diploma with at least 1 year of relevant experience, **or**:

- A minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in the absence of formal qualifications

**How to Apply**:
Pay: $85,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
