We are looking for a highly efficient and proactive Retail Coordinator and EA to General Manager of Retail to join our Retail Ops team This position is an awesome opportunity for team members who are passionate about our business and would love to be involved in projects & processes to best support our retail teams Additionally, you will live and breathe our customer service standards, ensuring to put their experiences first, always

**The main responsibilities of the role are**:

- Oversee day to day operational support to the retail network
- Leading and managing the retail support team - Retail Support Coordinators
- Management of Retail Support roster day to day and at peak trade times
- Maintain store contact list and retail support contact list on world manager
- Maintain/improve internal Store Data master file
- Provide support to General Manager - Retail on a day to day basis, maintaining high level of professionalism and confidentiality
- Full diary management of GM's calendar
- Arranging and booking all travel for GM including flights, accommodation, transfers, care rental, etc

**The required skills and experience will include**:

- 3 years' experience retail, preferably in support or team leader role
- Previous experience as an EA/PA
- Strong customer orientation
- Competent with using Microsoft Office
