Our client is looking for a **CRM and Marketing Automation Specialist** to join their dynamic agency team. This role, while based within the agency, will focus heavily on a client’s account, helping to enhance their CRM and marketing automation capabilities.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **CRM Management**: Oversee and optimize the client's CRM platform, ensuring accurate data, segmentation, and customer journey development.
- **Marketing Automation**: Implement and manage marketing automation tools for workflows, drip campaigns, and lead nurturing.
- **Campaign Development**: Work with cross-functional teams to design and execute integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
- **Lead Management**: Establish lead scoring, nurturing processes, and align efforts with the client’s sales teams for seamless handoffs.
- **Data Analysis**: Track and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights to improve ROI.
- **Cross-Functional Collaboration**: Collaborate with sales, product, and customer service teams to ensure CRM alignment and assist with training.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in CRM management and marketing automation, with Salesforce being highly preferred.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in digital marketing tools.
