**What’s the role?**

You will work across multiple business stakeholders, clients and commercial partners to remove process complexity and waste, identify constraints and implement initiatives for remediation, root cause analysis and problem rectification. Drive a streamline workflow approach, and optimise, simplify and improve process efficiency to increase operational performance by increasing productivity, revenues and reducing costs, whilst delivering a continuously improving customer satisfaction and business quality outcome.

Critical to the success of this position is a person who can not only be a part of a team as either a lead, member and continuous improvement expert, but motivate and build relationships across all levels of the organisation, from the frontline through to senior leadership, and our commercial partners. As a member of the Client Operations Continuous Improvement Team you will also be responsible for supporting key projects that will contribute to the overall success of the broader business. An ability to routinely self diagnose opportunity, problem identify, verify, plan, drive outcomes against plans, communicate, coach, guide, motivate and direct others is pinnacle to the long term success of the continuous improvement function within News Corp Australia. Embedding this mindset is a desire for the organisation that the person in this position should champion.

**Who you are**
- Proven track record of identifying change initiatives preferred.
- Experience in the implementation of change initiatives, systems and process redesign preferred.
- Ability to produce high quality artefacts such as process flows, user stories, business requirements and status reports is an advantage.
- Proficient in Design Thinking and experiences in implementation within a Lean and Agile methodology is an advantage.
- Experience leading people or a team and assisting in coaching and development.
- Demonstrated success in delivering programs on time and meeting measurable outcomes.
- Prior experience working in media, sales, media production and/or contact center environments is an advantage.
- Experience using Jira and Confluence project management software is an advantage.
- Experience with Salesforce CRM is an advantage.
