**THE ROLE**

Reporting directly to the Senior Manager Controls and TWC, the Trade Working Capital Manager will lead the Finance function on all aspects of Trade Working Capital Management, Cashflow Management for Australia. In this role, the Trade Working Capital and Cashflow Manager will be accountable for;
- Preparing and managing delivering on all Trade Working Capital and Cashflow targets (including annual budget and monthly rolling forecast)
- Monitoring performance and providing accurate and insightful analytics on targets and outcomes.
- Defining and leading the implementation of best practice business projects that build sustainable improvement to the Trade Working Capital and Cashflow outcomes

In addition to these key responsibilities, this role will be responsible for Finance orientated project work that will aim to improve the Trade Working Capital, Cashflow and Balance Sheet results for the Australian Group. This includes but is not limited to Group wide initiatives, systems implementations and input and assistance in implementing new policy and practices.

**KEY RESPONSIBLITIES**
- Responsible for monitoring, reporting, forecasting, and budgeting Trade Working Capital and Cashflow results for Australia and providing accurate and insightful analytics.
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders in Procurement, Sales, Supply Chain and Treasury to develop and deliver the best possible Trade Working Capital and Cashflow outcomes for Australia
- Define and lead the implementation of best practice business projects that drive improvements to the Trade Working Capital and Cashflow outcomes across Australia.
- Support Group and Other Business Units to deliver initiatives that sustainably improve Trade Working Capital, Cashflow and Balance Sheet outcomes across Australia
- Work with Internal and External experts to identify best business practices
- Train and educate stakeholders on the relevance and importance of Trade Working Capital and Cashflow and how they can support instilling best policy, practice and process including risk management.
- Instil discipline and governance routines throughout the business and finance function to ensure the management of Trade Working Capital, Cashflow and Balance Sheet is effective and efficient.
- Responsible for developing effective training programs and providing guidance to the Trade Working Capital and Cash Flow Team as well as Business users of financial information and reports.
- Support and deliver adhoc Finance related projects.

**ABOUT YOU**
- Deep knowledge and understanding of Financial Accounting Principles with a minimum of 8-10 years of experience, ideally in an FMCG environment
- University degree in Finance, Accounting or Commerce required
- Post graduate accounting qualification of CPA required
- Strong knowledge of Accounting Policies, Standards, Tax Regulations and Auditory requirements is critical
- Proficient in SAP, Tableau, MS Excel and Word as well as strong understanding of Finance ERP Systems
- Evidence of managerial and leadership experience in Finance ideally in an FMCG environment
