Opportunity to drive and grow Trade and Working Capital through a commercial lens combined with analytical skills. You will develop rich insights, recommendations, and initiatives to shape and grow the portfolio in line with client, business and enterprise outcomes/appetite.

**As the Manager, you will**
- Develop, maintain, and improve insights that feed into key forums across the business.
- Develop data driven leads and insights to support new customer growth.
- Lead and influence conversations with key groups of stakeholders (e.g., Product, finance, specialist teams) to deliver actions/initiatives.
- Understand the regulatory landscape and changes (e.g. APS112/3) that could impact the portfolio and it’s performance. Where appropriate, deliver portfolio insights and actions to align to regulatory requirements.
- Have a solid understanding of the portfolio and its performance drivers (relative to business and enterprise objectives) at any point in time and recommend actions to ensure ongoing alignment.

- Adept at collaborating with and influencing stakeholders to drive business outcomes.
- Understanding of business levers/key drivers to shape the portfolio and drive positive outcomes.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to balance multiple priorities whilst delivering outcomes.
