A fantastic position has become available for a HR Business Partner (Generalist) to join a Chief People Officer, supporting Senior Management and working at all levels across the company, within a well-established medium-sized, national financial services organisation.
This is a genuine part-time position, 3 days per week, 6-month contract, based in Sydney's CBD to start April.
In this role you will be hitting the ground running, supporting the business on several cyclical HR calendar activities, such as yearly performance reviews, talent and succession, compensation and benefits, and other HR initiatives. You will build relationships with the business to deliver operational HR advice and support to managers and employees across the dynamic business.
To be successful in this role you will have strong generalist experience across all areas of human resources and credibility to work autonomously on a range of HR matters and initiatives, with guidance from a CPO, and support by a shared administrator. You will be comfortable providing HR advice, partnering with the business across the entire employee lifecycle, and resolving any issues. You will ideally have come from financial services or related industry.
In addition to your broad HR experience, you will have exceptional communication skills and be able to work cohesively within a fast-paced, commercial financial services environment. With enough seniority to hit the ground running, but also demonstrable recent experience in a hands-on, operational capacity, in a similar context. You will ideally have Tertiary qualifications in human resources or business management-related discipline.
