We've never been 'just a bank'. Just like you should never be 'just an employee'. We're united in our belief that in banking, better can be bigger, and together we're making it happen.
It starts here. With Bendigo Bank… and you.Bendigo Bank exists to feed into the prosperity of our customers and community. We know that as a bank we will only be successful if we focus first on the success of our customers, our people, communities, partners, suppliers, and shareholders.
Our People and Culture division's purpose is 'Together we do great things every day to enrich the employee experience.' Due to an internal promotion we're looking for a highly experienced and adaptable Senior HR Business Partner to join us within the People Strategy and Capability team for a 6-month fixed term contract. You'll be working collaboratively with a team of dedicated HR professionals who are passionate about creating a thriving and supportive workplace.
As a Senior HR Business Partner, you'll be a trusted advisor to senior leaders and executives, providing strategic guidance and support on all people initiatives. You'll be involved in everything from workforce planning, organisational capability and succession planning to guiding the People and Culture program and lifecycle.

- Strong understanding of HR policies and processes
- Proven ability to work strategically with senior leaders and executives

- Want career opportunity AND flexibility? Achieve both here, where we know that balance and progression go hand in hand.
You'll also get access to a great range of benefits, including:
- Hybrid work? Flexible hours? A compressed work week? Our flexible work options are designed to suit your life.
- Health and wellbeing support, including discounted gym memberships, private health insurance options, and our Employee Assistance Program (EAP) for you and your immediate family members.
