Are you a dynamic graphic designer with marketing flare and a passion for real estate? We're on the lookout for a Part-Time Graphic Design Coordinator (job share position) to join our thriving team and play a key role in supporting our agency team and making us stand out

 Raine & Horne Commercial WA is an established full-service commercial / industrial property agency dedicated to delivering exceptional service in sales, leasing and commercial property management.

We're seeking a proactive Graphic Design & Communications Coordinator to help drive our marketing efforts to new heights.

Position: Part-Time Graphic Design & Communications Coordinator Location: Wembley

Responsibilities:

  • Create and design digital and print assets including; brochures, signage, information memorandums and other collateral as required.
  • Coordinate rollout of property marketing campaigns across digital, print and media.
  • Manage and design digital marketing campaigns, including social media and database email marketing.
  • Website management, design and improvement and monitoring
  • Client CRM database and website management.
  • General office IT support.

Skills & Experience:

  • Creativity and a keen eye for design
  • Proven hands-on experience in marketing, with a focus on real estate or related industry
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Indesign, Photoshop, Illustrator essential; Canva knowledge a plus)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • In depth knowledge in digital marketing and design tools and platforms
  • Understanding of IT systems and operations, troubleshoot
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
