A rare opportunity exists for an individual who is interested in working within a commercial focused organisation as a Commercial Coordinator.

**The Role**
***
You will be responsible for supportting, managing and monitoring a consistent contract management approach across the business. Extract the intended value over the life of the contract and support compliance and adherence to existing contracts.

**Duties/Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for source to contract activities (low risk). This includes sourcing, tender management through to award.
- Responsible for contract and price management negotiations.
- Creation, regular updating and management of contract management plans and registers, including issuing contractor notifications
- Frequent consultation and relationship building with internal and external stakeholders.

**Key Criteria**
- Demonstrated solid contract administration, governance, and document management skills
- Min 2-3 years' experience and knowledge in sourcing and contract management governance
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to manage key internal and external relationships
- Demonstrated problem solving skills
